At ROY DIAMOND, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature and value of diamond and gold jewellery, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with:

    • Original invoice

    • Original packaging

    • Certificates (if provided)

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery

  • Engraved or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a secure and insured courier service, as ROY DIAMOND is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability and quality checks. Price differences, if any, must be settled accordingly.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
